About OchiMedia
Independent Documentary Media Focused on Humanitarian, Medical, and Advocacy Work

OchiMedia is an independent documentary media initiative focused on humanitarian work, medical missions, advocacy, and communities affected by crisis. Through photography, documentary film, interviews, reporting, and public programs, OchiMedia documents stories of service, collaboration, and recovery. It works in partnership with nonprofits, medical teams, and community organizations.
Its mission is to document humanitarian work and the people behind it. By doing so, OchiMedia helps audiences understand the challenges communities face and the collaborative efforts to address them.
The name “Ochi” comes from the Ukrainian word for “eyes,” reflecting the belief that documentary storytelling begins with careful observation and witness.
Founded in 2024, OchiMedia collaborates with nonprofit organizations, medical teams, and community partners to create visual documentation, publish stories, and preserve the history of humanitarian efforts.
